The Challenge

Inspired by the tranquility and grace of the River Avon in spring, Floris launched the limited edition hand poured Eau de Parfum, River Dawn.

The product needed to launch with the same Floris London sophistication capturing all that this scent stood for.



Sonder Design created a visually stimulating film capturing the essence of the beauty of the River Avon at dawn. Our product identity and visual direction combined to launch this unique product with a full campaign across the in store POS and online content.

Rapha Manuals x Laura Quick

Rapha Racing


Rapha's ‘Getting Started in Road Cycling’ initiative is aimed at educating new cyclists about how to engage in the sport safely without being patronising. Rapha had previously worked illustrator Laura Quick on a book encouraging people to take up cycling. They wanted to take this project into an animated series.



Rapha, one of the most recognised brands in cycling and Laura Quick, an internationally celebrated illustrator is quite a formidable combination. Sonder Design worked in collaboration to create a series of award winning stop motion videos that were both fun and engaging. We developed the story boards with Laura’s initial concepts, then, taking on the technical side of the project, allowed Laura to keep the pen flowing. We scanned and touched up almost 2000 images, collated and edited into short sequences, finally adding sound effects to create the finished pieces.

Ritchie Porte



As part of their ‘Get Speedo Fit’ initiative, Speedo use ambassadors from sports outside the usual swimming line up. Ritchie Porte, lead rider for BMC’s pro cycling team and Tour de France hopeful was one such ambassador and advocated the use of swimming as part of a balanced training routine. In the build up to 2017’s Tour de France, Speedo required a range of online touch points featuring cycling star Ritchie Porte.


With the Sonder Design studio being peppered with cycling fans we were able to offer insight into engaging possibilities using Ritchie Porte.

The campaign was built around an interview with Porte conducted by Triathlon legend Annie Emmerson. There were many engaging routes to the destination interview, including shorter highlight packages and a number of banner adverts within Eurosport’s coverage of the Tour de France.
